She earned a Master's degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling and Clinical Mental Health from Thomas University and holds bachelor's-level education in psychology and social psychology. Her professional experience working with individuals navigating relationships, emotional challenges, behavioral patterns, grief, identity changes, family dynamics, and major life transitions contributed to the development of Life Fluidity™.
Kareem recognized a recurring theme:
